- Grilled Radicchio, house cured duck ham, twin sisters Whatcom bleu cheese,

golden raisin vinaigrette, pickled mustard seeds

- Shaved Brussels Sprouts, puffed quinoa, chia seeds, pine nut praline, mint, lots of citrus

Third

- Grilled Pacific Octopus, grilled turnips & their greens, creamy jalapeno mayo, mint

- Valley Farmstead Rabbit Sausage, braised red cabbage, beet mostarda, chervil

- Chick Pea Gnocchi, roasted kale, leeks, walnuts, kumquat, sauce charmoula

Main

- Diver Scallops, roasted parsnip & white chocolate puree, grapefruit, fennel, egg, almond

- Anderson Ranch Lamb Sugo, celery root agnolotti, roasted rutabaga, apple, rosemary

- Roasted Stuffed Cabbage, quinoa-lentil-vegetable stuffing, roasted carrots & potatoes, mushroom jus
